Objectives

Plan and prepare the WSCC site for the delivery of WSCC programs

Plan and develop the WSCC site based on the Concept Garden

Areas of Concern

• Meet the site preparation needs for program delivery

        -              Pro-active preparation of site for programs

        -              Respond to needs identified by Garden Committee (Programs) Advisory                                                                                                                  

• Plan to implement Concept Garden

-          Set out the progression, budget, timing, supplies and volunteers needed

-          Document progress – pictures, video, journaling, identify people doing the work

• Coordinate plant donations

-          Accept & pick up plants, thank donors, create and maintain holding garden

-          Create a plan for plants use, maintain an inventory

• Coordinate Supplies

-          tools and equipment

-          plants, shrubs, trees

-          building supplies

• Coordinate Volunteer Involvement

-          Who and when to do what (ensure supplies available)

-          Volunteer training sessions
